Here is the video of her bath time last night
After letting her swim in deep water I let some out so she could try to clean her belly but still having the water as support and balance
She couldn’t do this 10 days ago
She still curls her one foot when trying to scoot around a bit but doesn’t stay curled once settled. In water she doesn’t curl as much
She stands twice ti fluff up

This morning I was able to record her taking some steps
It’s a big accomplishment for her )

Never give up when the bird hasn’t given up
Niacin issues can look like it’s beyond fixing but a lot of consistent care can make the difference
Hopefully a few more weeks and she will be able to fully walk

It’s a good thing they were adding niacin pills to feed so she was getting a little
I don’t think she could have held on without that
The durvet is the key

I feel like we are getting stronger on our legs now she still curls the one foot a bit when moving but it’s not as curled as it was
I exercise it several times a day
It can go flat so it’s not permanent
We are still doing 1ml durvet vitamin B complex , nutritional yeast in feed
We took a few days break from the other vitamins that go in her water and started them again last night
We still do daily swims
This is a very slow process to heal from
Mostly showing this journey on here to help others who loose hope that you just need to stick to it
Every week we have been gaining on it a little
Snuggles was in pretty bad shape when she came to me
She wasn’t using her legs much at all
More dragging and using her wings for balance
Now she doesn’t use her wings at all she is taking steps and even gaining height on them allowing more weight
We have a ways to go yet
Hopefully she keeps getting stronger
She even fights me hard on taking the B comlex
Yesterday I had to break it down to 3 times to get her full dose in
She was using her legs and wings to get away from me
I’m not complaining on that
I love seeing the fight in her
