I have a barred rock rooster that is sweet. He gives the girls the treats first helps take care of the baby chicks and has even made nest for the girls starting to come in to lay. He does try to go after the bantam roosters once in awhile but not mean just runs them off. He has gone after my daughters boyfriend a couple of times but we put a stop to that so now he is settle down as far as that goes. When he was small he liked to cuddle, now it embaresses him.
