I'm going to read the story right now. I had a newspaper reporter ask me yesterday at a swap how I knew about the swap and I told them BYC, of course

Sorry, Nifty they were more interested in photographing my bottle goats than my chickens or ducks.
 
How long ago did this reporter interview you?

It was last weeks newspaper that they would be an article about City Chickens and I told hubby to get that paper for me since he does work at the Herald and Review newspaper in the distribution part of it. He thought it was great reading! I had to defer about two people in the article that chickens are smelly and chickens can not be pets. Well if you keep it cleaned up like your own dog, they dont smell and the beddings are dry. (not much you can do when it rains so much, like a smelly wet dog would too!) and chickens being pets, it is all what you do with them. They are not that much different than a parrot except they can talk! that is my two cents!
