Nifty, website bug?

Hi Nifty/Anyone that can fix it, on the buy/sell panel on the main page of the forum, the following line is at the top:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/backyard/public_html/forum/include/functions.php on line 1171

I don't know what it affects, but I don't think it's good!
