I remember when a friend told me about some work they had to do on something, but had to wait for the ground to unfreeze. I couldn't even wrap my head around that! LOL!

I hate cold.

We are expecting some rain soon... first rain in the last 7 months or so, which means I need to make sure gutters are clean and everything we've left outside (tools, etc.) are somewhere they won't get damaged.

where i am in the Midwest/ohio valley the weather is CRAZY!! a “mild” winter warms up to 40’s, rains, and then gets bitter cold.....repeat......a bad winter usually means temps and windchill with 6-20” snow when it does snow!!
today was 80*+ coming off of a week that lows were in high 30’s to low 40’s we can have as much as a 50* temp swing in a 24 hour period!! thus the jokes about Kentucky/indiana where mother nature says “hold my bourbon and watch this”!!

Well @Kiki this is one of those "two handed *facepalm* AT Myself moments"... These are courtesy of my differently wired brain..... The entire time I was looking at that calendar and asking for a shift to a new date, I was still thinking November NOT October. Even in the follow ups from this page banter.... My eyes still saw *my choice* as November 13th & that's it... Even thought that typo had occured and I totally didn't see it..... Until just about 19 minutes ago when I was curiously looking to see just how many days of November had actually been snatched up.....scrolling thru the October dates and seeing others who had jumped around..... And then discovering that I had been placed, per my post on page 110 (slaps self in forehead). I did indeed write 10/13/20 even though I was thinking 11/13/20 and thinking that's what I wrote all this time......


So now that it's way past the 3rd of October -- per the updated title. Date changing is now closed for some 5 days now. I'm just gonna say for the record. This is not going to be the last time this dyslexia will rear it's frustratingly distracting face...... Oh no, it's still got many decades of fun planned.... At my expense.
