Hmm that’s true but not sure if it’d taste as good? I’ve had “light” ice cream before and it tasted like waterHave you tried making your own ice cream or gelato? You don't need an ice cream maker, though the texture won't be as creamy -- you just need to make the base, pour it into a shallow pan in the freezer, and stir it every half-hour or so until it's firm enough to spoon and eat. Much easier to control what's in it -- including calories and sugar.
