Ugh that came out weird but it’s also what I meant to say lol. I mean there are a lot of job openings and so many people looking for jobs that I kind of get lost in the shuffle. But also because of that employers are picky because they know they can get a more experienced person, if that makes sense

Yea, kind of lol

So, not really a worker shortage at all. Just a shortage of people willing to stay with a job. So, job jumpers. That used to be considered a bad thing to be, and if you had a history of being someone that would not stay on a job long eventually it got to be so that employers didn't want to hire you. However, now days this seems to have become the norm.

As a former recruiter, I can tell you that recruiters absolutely have no time to tell all applicants they didn't get the job. As a former job seeker, I can tell you it absolutely sucks. Hang in there.
