Night Owls and Insomniacs

I think I will sleep less once it gets cooler. I get tired every morning after making my rounds. I usually go out by 9 and by noon I'm beat. I have lunch and sleep a couple to 3 hours and then work most of the rest of the day at something not really tiring. I have a good balanced diet so that's not the problem. Days I don't have any heavy lifting I use fewer pain meds but that doesn't seem to change a thing. Wells it's time to go out and close up coops for the night.
 
... Are you going to come to my house to test the challenge? Because by you showing up unannounced and scaring the crap out of my family will count as an emergency in my book, and I am coming down the back way so you do not see me train my bow at your lower back. 🤣 You may want to think of a new plan to test it. And do not scuttle up my roof to knock on my window. That is certain death at the hands of someone who will quite literally squiggle her fat ass out of the tiny window special to bludgeon you with the decorative rock I keep near my bed. It is in need of a fresh coat of "paint" anyhow. :lau

I should be asleep in 30 minutes or less from now. I remembered the 3 times release melatonin tablets tonight. I should be asleep until 7:30 ish.
This sleep thing is not an exact science.... I miss calculated badly. I can't go to sleep so I got up and ate a peanut butter and guava sandwich. Another Melatonin may help. I can't wait to daylight for sleep.
