You'll want to do some sit-ups along with those... They make a huge improvement on how well you can do push-ups!Mine has been pretty boring. I'm working on push ups though, because I'm bored out of my mind. So far I can only do one before my arms give out, so I have to work on strengthening my arms and upper body. Blahhh..... xD
But the planks I was doing wore me out, so instead of being able to spank out 25-30 sit ups no problem, I could only do 15 of them.
