Nite Guard - Has anyone tried this?

I used the Nite Guard's and I did have luck ..... on my portable coop. So I think that moving the lights is key. My coop is stationary now - but it's a fortress so nothing is getting in! I refuse to loose my girls to coons, possums or fisher cats!

I hung a couple on a stall door b/c the coons were getting in my barn and eating the cat food. The stall door ones did NOTHING to stop them. We trapped a few in 'have a hearts' and culled those. The only thing that stopped them coming in the barn was when I got another horse and they couldn't get in so easily any more!!

I had purchased 2 of these and placed them on 2 sides of my coop since I had observed a skunk inside
helping itself to their food and water. After I installed them I watched the skunk come back and dig under
the back and on the other side the light was not on. I personally think they work and have ordered 2 others so all sides are covered. I also did measures to prevent further dig ins. I think people have to make their own choice as to what will work best for them. I live in the suburbs abut we do have Hawks, Owls,Opossums, Coyotes and Skunks anyways.
