Nite Guard Lite

A few years ago while we were doing some spring cleaning I ran across a string of old Halloween decoration lights. They are in the shape of spooky eyes. I took 4 of them out to our coop and run and installed one on each corner of of the coop about 6" off the ground. I wired them into a day/night automatic switch. These spooky eyes would blink on and off all night long. We had been having damage to the fencing and several break-ins by predators in the wee hours of the morning. All night time predator activity stopped 100% immediately.

We live in a different area now and so far we do not have the night time predator problem but I'll remember my little trick if and when we do.
