Nn chicks. Twins hatched out of same eGg one ok other not

I had 2 nn hatch out Of one eggg. The ones small intestine n yolk weren't fully in him so i had the choice kill it or try to save it. Disinfected everything. Detached the yolk and entry worked the intestine back in him. Then put neosporin on the opening and bandaged him up. He's doing great so far.

Update. The twins are both doing well. Even the less lucky one whom I had to put its intestines back in and detach its yolk. They're active and alert. So I have hope for them!
