No any sign of hatching eggs as it reached 25 days of time scheduled!

It's not even movements. It's so we can try and spot veining.
How many eggs did you put under the hen, and did any hatch? How many are left?
Didn't mean to come across as rude, my apologies if I did.

I had 15 eggs under the broody and i've lately realized that it is much more than it should be. None of them have hatched and I found two undeveloped and rotten few hour ago. Moreover,I don't know how many are there stopped developing.

Try candling all of them. If none are fully developed/none hatch you may want to get some hatchery chicks or something and just put them under the hen overnight. She will think that her eggs hatched and you will have your chicks.

I'm assuming you didn't candle during all that time.
It's possible your rooster isn't doing his job very well. It's possible the eggs were a bit past their best hatching date.
Seconding the idea of buying some chicks to put under her.

I have not been candling them regularly. Now, I'm assuming all eggs had stopped developing from partial stage due to some reason. The one egg i broke back had partial development of the chick

Get some day old chicks, whether they're from a hatchery, a farm, a friend, or a local breeder. Have them with heat until it is dark out when your birds have gone to roost. Gently take the eggs from the broody and slip the chicks under her. I'm sure someone with more experience on this could probably help you out with specifics on how to do it.
