No baby rooster skills

No I'm sorry I don't have anything for him my daughter got him down the road along with another female chicken but she died within an hour of having the chicks I can't find anyone who could take care of him and it breaks my heart seeing him like this because I don't have the know-how to take care of him
Roosters have a hard time finding homes other then food. Do you have plan for him if you can't find him a place? Will you get him a coop and some ladies? Will you eat him? Will you give him to someone else to eat?

Roosters aren't any different then hens. He looks fien, why are you worried about taking care of him? He just needs a space, food water and a dust bath. Do you have a coop and run setup for when he gets bigger? Is there a reason you can't keep him? You can keep him as long as there are no rules against him.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
I'm sorry but that little guy certainly appears to be a Cornish cross. A meat bird. They do not live very long without extra attention to limiting food and making sure they get exercise. It is very hard to keep them with a flock of layers as the layers need access to food all day and if he has access to food all day he will grow very quickly. The breed was designed to be processed at 8-9 weeks. Very sadly, they rarely live very long if not processed.
