I got a person's flock for free. They got these as chicks from the cackle hatchery. I have all tan egg layers except 2 and I know it's not them. The brown one throws me off due to the feathered legs

The first one looks like a BSM to me but those eggs don’t look dark enough. As for the other girl I’m not too sure maybe... definitely a mix and she probably has Cochin in her due to her feathered legs and maybe RIR too. Hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts too.

Maybe one of the "French Marans" varieties? They have lightly feathered feet and single combs.

That's what they said. But talking to a few people they said the hatchery has been giving a lot of mixes out
