here is the story. i sold 3 juvenile 10 weeks speckled sussex from my flock. i transported these birds to her. the birds went from cool to warm to cool to warm in 2 hrs. 5 hrs later this is what i get. the person writes they keep scratching there eyes. these birds left me in perfect condition. eating and drinking well. reports of not eating with green watery stools. customer reports i don;t have time take care of them. . my whole flock is fine and healthy., i check on my birds 2-3 times daily. this one stumps me. customer reports no smell or discharge, no eye worm.
i think i cried for an hour my poor birds. what did i send them to.

thank you,
bruceh

@bruce... I'm really sorry to hear about this. I know it just makes you sick. I hope they pull out of it soon. Wish I could tell you what to do. Surely some of the experienced folks can help you.

How long have they had them?-sorry I see - 5 hours... Looks like an infection to me on the bottom one. Maybe during the transport or shuffling they got dust/or something in eyes? Were they in the trunk on the ride over, sometimes fumes irritate? They eyes seem irritated by something.
What are they feeding them? Different food takes awhile sometimes for them to eat it. Refusal of food with new people standing around might just be nerves?
Are they adding any additives to food or water that they're not used to?
Did she quarantine them? if her birds had somethin they were used to or that was dormant and she thought they were healthy she may have skipped quarantine, in turn infecting these new guys.

The bottom pic look swollen under eye. Sinus infection maybe?

Great answer

Maybe they got some dust or something in their eyes and this stressful situation of being moved has just caused it to flare up?  It doesn't look like there's any discharge but just a swollen face after scratching their eyes?  I would suggest she clean their eyes with a warm saline solution as often as she can for a couple days just to get it under control.

For the green diarrhea, she needs to get them to eat some plain, unsweetened yogurt.  This is a result of them not eating.  It is the bile from the gall bladder.  Hard boiled egg yolks fed in small amounts and often will usually tempt them.
