No crow rooster?

I have this chicken with a massive comb and wattles and it is about 3 and 1/2 months old and I've been told that it's a puller but I'm convinced it's a rooster. But I have had no proof(crowing). Is it possible that it hasn't learned to crow yet?

Can you post a picture? Very unlikely a rooster. By now you'd be seeing other behaviors like play-sparring too.

Based on the photo, I'd say definitely a pullet, mainly due to the lack of rooster-y saddle feathers.
