no difference in the taste of white, brown, or blue eggs.. Right?

My mom & sister insist that brown eggs taste better than white, and that blue or green eggs are tuff! I think full of manure! What do you think? I do say, if there's no difference, I'm gonna have them over for breakfast, and serve up fried blue eggs, and tell them they're the beloved brown eggs that make there imaginary world go 'round! And let'em rant and rave about how tasty they are..Then I'll drop the blue bomb on them! Kinda like the coke & pepsi challange!

A chicken egg is a chicken egg. No matter how you cook it.. No matter what color. It taste like a chicken egg..

I would love to see their faces when you tell them they ate blue/green eggs..

Funny you should post this question. When we first started letting the chickens free range, the brown eggs tasted better than the blue ones. Turns out the EEs weren't leaving the coop and only eating layer feed. Their yolks were not the bright orange color like the others either. Now they are out with everybody else , the eggs look and taste the same. Free range chicken eggs taste better.

Reminds me of the story I was told by the lady that watched me and my brother when we were younger (she was like my second mom). She said she fixed scrambled eggs one morning for my older brother, who raved and raved about how good they were. Once he was finished eating, she told him the reason they were so good was because there were hog brains mixed in with them! I think he must have looked like this:

An egg is an egg. If you can get past the fact that they shoot out of a chickens butt, who cares what color they are?! But make sure to save the blue eggshells so they will believe you when you tell them.
