No eggs after 4 moths??

I've had a black rock for at least 4 months and she still hasn't laid an egg, should I be worried? I don't know if it definently a hen however it doesn't crow in the morning , she is a big hen and her comb is red usually a sign that she ready to lay . Any help would be appreciated thanks!!

The barred rock on the bottom looks like one who would be giving you eggs already. Actually, both of t hem look like they're giving you eggs. Could there be a secret nest? Looks like any day now... BUT... often times it takes 5 months to lay eggs. Be patient.. it'll come!

They don't lay right at four months some chickens just take a little longer

Thanks , the one at the bottom does lay eggs however that photo is a month old and still no eggs... Have looked for secret best an can't find one
