I have 5 healthy chooks , about 2 yr old have been good layers but have now stopped laying ! can anyone tell me why this happens ? it has gone cooler at night but still warm during the day .........food hasn't changed ....should I replace them for younger ones ?

So, it sounds like you are in a part of the world that is entering winter rather than summer? If so, in addition to the temperature changes that often comes with a change in the hours of daylight - is that something that is happening where you are right now? Have these birds gone through their first "adult" molt (typically occurs somewhere around 18 months of age give or take)?
 
Are they going thru a molt? Feather loss? Are their wattles/combs bright red or dull in color? Any signs of illness? Does their poop look normal? Usual causes are decrease in daylight, molting, illness, or aging. However, at 2 yrs old they may slow down slightly but not stop laying...so I would assume its something other than age.
