my 7 hens wont lay 1 male what should i do?

How old are the hens? How long have you had them? Sometimes a disturbance, like moving, can cause them not to lay. It could also be heat or other environmental stressor.

Of course, they may be laying somewhere else, too - look around for hidden eggs!

2 years we got them when they were babies we were down to 1 egg and no 0 and its been cooler here lately

Where are you located? If you're in the north, they could be starting their fall molt. Are you seeing feathers all over the place?
