NO Electricity

I have hand warmers that if the power goes out I will put in wash rags and put in the brooder. Hoping power doesnt go out though.

My girlfriend recently saved one of my chicks that was the mother kicked out of the nest by putting it in her cleavage. It worked! He is now about 8 weeks old and doing great. We tried to get her to hatch some more eggs but she said no way. She was not wearing a bra for 21 days straight.

It sounds crazy but is is a great way to keep baby birds warm.

I would use hot water but the powers out so the hot water tank is off too

And how are you reaching the internet?

I'd suggest an insulated box with minimal room for them so they can generate their own heat mass. Use your picnic cooler with blankets? If they were under mommy they wouldn't be moving much anyway, so they need to go into survival mode... as we assume you are too! Preheat any water you give them by holding it against your body for a bit. Keep food and stuff small. It's survival... not optimal.

I have power back and no my mom doesent think we need internet on our phones. she said computers are good enough except when the powers out. LOL

i wouldn't know what i'd do if my phone didn't have internet access... i google phone numbers, addresses, directions... how did i live without it...?
