no feathers on head, but no blood either

i have a hen, my only Delaware, who has no feathers on her head. i'm pretty sure the other hens have pulled them all out (i have seen them jumping on her and pecking her head some times). but there is no blood or signs of injury at all, just no feathers. should i worry about her?

other than the lack of feathers she seems healthy, not avoiding the rest of the flock, eating ok and pushing her way up to the feeder just like everyone else, and normal energy levels. not super friendly, but then, none of my birds are.

I would put blukote on her head to prevent futher picking, or to help it heal if she starts bleeding. This is the kind of thing that should be nipped in thebud.
