I wrapped the hens(non laying) in a towel, laid them on the ground on their side. Thanked them for the eggs they had given and the meat they are now giving. Put the pellet gun to the head, pulled the trigger. Then cut off head, hung upside down to bleed out into a bucket, then processed.

This is the method I would find the easiest for me.
I don’t want to deal with the other ones.

really really don’t want a rooster but he was so young and doing such a good job.

Then please find him a home. I did for my roo. Ask and call ppl. Without a roo the girls alone are a bore. I'm still broken hearted from giving him away.

Thank you so much for sharing this video. References to the broomstick method sounded so gruesome but this was one of the quietest videos I’ve ever seen! I want to be this lady when I get older.
