Let me preface this by saying I tried searching for key words before posting and didn't get very far.
Has anyone been able to find veterinary medications... antibiotics, meloxicam, banamine etc from 'international pharmacy sources'... like in countries other than the US...that do not require a prescription?
I have been able to find antibiotics (for now) from "non chicken" sources in the US... but pain meds... not so much.
We are not big on medicating anything without good reason and consider the age and productivity of the animal when treating for "stuff."
I apologize if this is an inappropriate question to ask, and if the post is not approved, I get it.
We have not had luck getting a working relationship with a vet in order to get meds to keep ON HAND... so we don't need to call a vet for every little thing that we know we can treat on our own.
