Yes, I could have a farm full of beautiful Orpington roosters, like roving lawn tanks. If I still have that black Orp boy in April, Jeff, are you still interested? Do you want me to reserve him for you or do you want to see if you get one from the chicks in April? Well, with silkies, you just never know. Heck, I think even they themselves don't know till that egg falls out or the crow escapes the beak. So, don't beat yourself up over that one. Its hard to sex a featherduster.
 
Bummer. I think I'm in the same boat with my Silkies, I was looking at them today and I swear they are all boys!!

Is it my imagination or have I heard that the sex of a chick is determined by the temperature at incubation?

Wondering mind wants to know. lol
