No-Mess Omelets

Hi!
I was at a friends house and they did something kind of weird.....They made omelets in bags!
Here is how you do it~ (recipe for 1 person)
1 baggie
2-3 eggs
whatever you like to put in your omelet
___________________________________
Bring some water to a rolling boil.
Crack your eggs in to the bag, work the eggs until well mixed.
Add your fixings, and put the baggie into the boiling water.
Set the timer for 14 minutes....
Enjoy!

I like to take whole eggs and nuke them in the microwave.
When they go Kaboom, they're done.
Just grab a spatula, and Viloa! scrambled eggs!
