no more email subscription updates

Thanks to everyone who are following the steps below. We'll be submitting a new list of users and email addresses to the engineers tomorrow to check the subscription status. If anybody else is having problems, please see below:
Quote: I have tried all three steps and I am not receiving emails. My last emails were about Thursday 9/27 at 3 pm. I delete my emails after I read them so the date and time is approximate.
 
I 100% did the steps and am not receiving emails.
