no more email subscription updates

Looks like mine is back to normal as of this afternoon got several pm from BYC last couple days so know they are working on it hang in there-AB

The email issue is actually way more complex than it seems and we appreciate people being patient as we work it out.

Here is an example of a note from our engineers regarding an email service provider that was blocking our email server IP address and shouldn't have been:

My last subscription update email received was 8/22 at 6:23 a.m. They are not going to my junk folder, and they are not going to my spam folder. It's so strange - everything works fine for a few days, then nothing for a day or two. Then they start coming again, and then stop. It's been like this since the switch.

I have checked, added and the last email I received was subscription on 8-14-12 Kicking straw out of nesting box and about to lay?. I have roadrunner.com for email service. I hope it's something simple!
