My 9yro son has a gadget for spying on people "Spy Gear" sold in most toy stores and it does the same thing. We didn't use it with this hatch, but if he can here a bug scurring, I think a chick's heart beat would be hearable too.

So if you can't find the thingy at Dollar General, try the toy section of Wal-Mart or Toy R Us, might cost a little more than five dollars though.

So far I have been to 3 Dollar General Stores trying to find one in stock. All sold out! Who would have thought that many people want a cheap hearing amplifier? Sheesh.

stopped at the DG in the small town by me and they did not have one....am checking the three stores in the bigger town this afternoon....and then on to walmart to buy the toy if I can find it.....lockdown tonight and I would really like to know!
