No one locally can tell me the breed of this rooster

We bought this guy as part of a flock almost 2 years ago. The flock we bought was 6 RIR, 2 brahma, and Easter egger and a Bielefelder. They were bought from a feed store and were supposed to be all females. What we ended up with was 6 RIR, 2 brahmas, a Bielefelder rooster and this unknown breed of rooster. No one can seem to accurately identify him.

He's a mixed breed. Possible some Silkie in there because of the dark skin and 5 toes.

I agree with Mystic Onyx, a type of hatchery hybrid from Hoover that has been available at TSC. Here are a couple of pictures of MO roosters for comparison:

But a feed store isn't likely to sell mixed breeds unless they are a brand name from the hatchery.

He is definitely a roo. He crows and mounts our hens. He does have a strange crow however as it is very raspy and crackly. If it helps his skin is also black and with the molt he just went/is going through all of his feathers are black now.

Also the store is L&M Fleet Supply. I don't remember where they said they got their chicks from.
