No pips?

There were several I set on the same day I marked them. There were others my kids put in there a few days later when I was out of town.
 
Ok so no new pips and the one that was rocking last night is not now. I just got home so I will candle it to see if it is even still alive.
 
Ok so it is still alive.....should I put a safety hole in the egg? It looks like it might have Pipped the air cell. Just not outside. Or should I give it more time?
 
And here is chick number 1 all dried off.

the humidity for hatching silkies has to be at 70-85% during hatching. Don't freak out too much one of our silkies hatched on day 25 or 26

Humidity is 73% temp is 99.5. Eggs are rocking some so i know they are alive so I guess I will just wait and watch. :-)
