No progress after zip

Hi everyone. I noticed an egg pipped last night at 10pm. At 5am it had cracked a bigger hole and can see the beak and it was moving and chirping. 9am this morning I checked again and it's not moving and made no progress. Checked again today at 1.20pm still no movement or progress. The membrane is white but nothing has happened since 5am it's now 2pm.

My chick piped in the am yesterday around 11:15 am and this is the the progress from noon today. Is the chick still ok? A little nervous as they guys didn’t pip till day 22. Thanks!

The egg on the right hatched on its own later that evening and is doing fine. The left one need assistance hatching as the membrane has started to dry and it was stuck. Currently ok, but was just hatched so fingers crossed.
