You hen is either getting long in the tooth or has poor genetics. This sometimes also happens when hens first start to lay and may correct itself over time. When in doubt put a tablespoon full of apple cider vinegar in the water it can not hurt. Then my advice will throw up your hands and hope for the best.

We had this happen for a few days. Started premixing feed with while corn, oyster shells, layer pellets and de. Also started barley folder and never had issue again

Shell less eggs are usually caused by stress, things like change, New members, loud disturbances, or predators sniffing about will cause the egg to come out before the shell can be applied. Otherwise they are just a glitch in the system. They are often seen as hens start up or shut down from laying. It usually will stop after a bit whether you do anything or not.
