No shells

I just got some hens last week. They're supposed to be buckeyes but they're obviously mixed with something, possibly game fowl. They're a spring 2016 hatch.
Every morning for the past 3 days I'm finding a membrane in the poop tray with no evidence of shell or yolk for that matter.
The girls have free access to oyster shell (Pacific pearl) at all times. They're being fed hi pro layer. They also have access to fresh and dried grass.

Is there anything else I can do to help her develop shells?

It's probably because of stress from being moved to a new home, consider it her dumping any started eggs in her system. She will probably stop laying for a bit until she feels more comfortable, than hopefully she will resume with normal eggs.

They're a spring 2016 hatch.

If this is correct, they are at about 18 months of age..... prime age to molt.
You can get funky eggs around molting time.
