No wattles yet??

I have 15 week old ISA browns and none have their wattle yet! when can I expect them to grow in?

Do you have a picture? It sounds perfectly fine! They should come in any time now. Don't worry!

If they're not grown in by the time they are 5 months old, the may never. Just give them some more time

Some breeds just have small wattles, and sometimes none. My Ameraucana's don't have any. I wouldn't worry. If they grow in, they grow in, if they don't, then they just don't.

Wow here I was thinking they needed wattles LOL I never knew that....thank you guys! Also their crowns are still small and pale...their faces have a red tint though. I really hope they get wattles and have big bright crowns!! I just love the look lol

Their combs and wattles will develop as they reach the point of lay in the next few weeks

They are so hyper. they make me dizzy when I try to look at them for wattles LOL
