Non-bearded silkies 4 months old.

I just got 2 beautiful white silkies and I was told that they are both girls and I want to know if she was right? Can't you sex Non-bearded earlier than bearded? Lady said they hatched around June 17th

I knew the pom pom looking one was a girl but the other kind of looks roo-y to me but maybe she's just pet quality.

Her comb is pretty flat, no wattle growth and I do not see any streamers.
They are not fully grown yet, so she may develop more in the next few months but still think she is a pullet.
