Non-disruptive coop design

We are renting a house with a very nice backyard to it. It's also quite large. As you can see in the picture there are two grass patches, the big square on the right is a sandbox, and the rest is gravel. I have 9 chicks, two of which are Bantams. I need a coop that does as little disruption to the backyard as possible so when we move out I can remove it and clean up the area. I was thinking in the middle of the yard where it's furthest away from the neighbor's yards. Just to the left of where you see the shade from the tree. The ground is a little uneven.

These are our first chicks, so any ideas are welcome.
