Ya, prepared oats would be a great choice especially since they're soothing to the nervous system - on top of being delicious.

Sounds like she is in shock. There could be bruising you can't see as well.
If she isn't drinking, offer a mash, oatmeal, watermelon, whatever to get her hydrated again... and to celebrate her being alive!

I'm in the coop with her right now. She took 2 sips of water then lost interest.
The bitten hen is actively interested in drinking. She doesn't like me much (the bitten one) so my presence is probably not helping.

So the bitten one is doing some wierd dip-beak-in-water-really-fast-then-throw-head-back sort of movement. What's that about? She's not drinking just..... Doing that thing.

She almost never gets it
