i have araucaunas, red stars, white leghorn lakenvelders, and malaysian seramas. they are all laying like they should but nothing hatching. ive tried the incubator and letting the hens set, and its not working. i might set 60 eggs and have to thow away 57. the ones that do hatch are 3 or 4 days late. ANY suggestions would be helpful. thanks

What is your hen to rooster ratio? As English Chick said, you may need a new rooster or maybe more roosters.

Editted to add:

What breed is your rooster? If he is a heavily feathered breed, like Orpington or Cochin, you may need to do some vent trimming. This site will explain what I am talking about.

Im thinking you have more than one rooster with all those breeds.??

Have you checked a different thermometer in your 'bator? Maybe the old one is incorrect.
How about the broody hens? Been sitting the full amount of time? All in good health?
Did the ones that hatched "late" come out of the incubator or out
from under the broodies?

Also, who sits your eggs? The Ameraucanas? I didnt think that sex-links or leghorns were good Mothers.
Seramas are great broodies, but could sit only one or two largeer eggs.....maybe....
