Non Laying Chickens

My gals were hatched in spring 2008, they free ranged all summer but by late october we were keeping them penned because of early sunsets and getting off work after dark...they were exclusively penned for the first year of life and layed profusely. They have not layed a single egg since october. help?! feed is layer feed and some greens, stale bread..

Do they now free-range?
What do you feed them?

We feed them Blue Seal Layer feed mixed with cracked corn, as well as some lettuce and bread scraps. They only free range now on weekends when we are home to close up the fence to the the coop before dark. I've checked all their nesting spots under the pines, nothing there either.
