Productive, I’ve been
cutting & melting metal
long standing projects

As is each of us
temporary soul structures
carbon based vessel

Flesh gives up secrets
confusion’s blood baptism
blinds the mind’s third eye

blurred from more questions
Skin soaked from history’s sins;
taste the apples flesh?

And this is what spawned that haiku:

it “whips through” often; rarely

Five eggs laid today,
One from each of my big girls.
Some have been slacking.

They add up quickly,
The egg skelter will be full.
