NoNoN0 Ive lost 1 and another is bleeding!!!

We lost our dark cornish chik i woke up and i fond her liying on her back dead

she was the same chicky from https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=42391 her foot straitened out allright & she wasfine poor poor chicky...




Today i herd alot of noise frome the brooder so i went to see wat it was all about. isee this little buf orp with a bunch of chicks around her pecking her oil gland and her tail is covered in blood so i take her out and wash her up. right now she is in a catcarrier w/ the nessesitys but will she survive???

How big is your brooder? Are they starting to get crowded and thus picking?

its a full sized horse trough, the only other light bird in the brooder got picked too and now she is w/ the orp....
