sorry about your chickens.
definitely re-evaluate that coop and rebuild from scratch or beef up the existing one with Hardware cloth.
if you have a secure coop for your chickens, the weasel will have no access to your chickens. then that same weasel will be your friend because he will rid your farm from mice and rats.
this is the situation i currently have.

The weasel became an example for other possible intruders. Too bad I didn’t do that before the loss.
