LOL I would love to see the peanut butter! My dog does funny stuff with it so I can just imagine what the chickens will do! As far as my Lisa goes-well she is second in command and she just pecks at the babies sometimes, but it isn't as much as it used to be. I am a little nervous with putting a new flock of babies in there with her. But they will have room to run from her since she is quite the big beauty.If you really want to see them scrape their beaks, offer them some peanut butter. They adore it, but they can't wait to scrape it off their beaks. Careful, or they'll use your pant legs to clean their beaks on.
As for getting rid of domineering chickens, you'll probably end up with another one as soon as someone moves up the pecking order to fill the dominant slot.
I've found that micromanaging chicken behavior is quite the losing battle.
