While it could be Cocidosis it could also be shed intestinal lining. Sorry, I am not sure which in this case but I note a couple have responded to your picture that there is a problem. Here are a couple of poop charts that may help you and good for future reference:

Blood in the stool of babies is most likely coccidiosis. It is a parasite in the guts. They get it because they are dirty little birds that poop in the water and then drink it. the medicated feed is supposed to help prevent this.
