North Carolina

I'm from Raeford, NC.

I raise the following: pair of Cuban Whistling Ducks, Black-Bellied Whistling duck (will have female soon

), khaki cambell (few light colored buff), grey dewlap toulouse (Holderread line babies), 3 buff dewlap toulouse (2 adult females and one I hatched from egg of eBay...hope it's a boy). Almost forgot about my chickens...have silver-grey dorkings, golden sexlinks pullets, marans, white leghorns, whiterock, buff orpintons, and barred. Some are chicks-some or adults- all pure but not seperating because not breeding.....it's all about the eggs.

I have been looking for someone to come sex my goslings and even offered an new incukit and wine cooler but so far all I got was "how to" vent sex....I know how to vent sex but I don't know what I'm looking at...lol. Couple of years ago I offered money....someone came and just pointed and said this a male and that's a female....

I know some breeds you can do that but they were only half right and I could have just tossed a coin with the same results....lol. Anyways- can anyone help me with this? I would ask a vet but they would cost way more than I have to offer. If you don't want an incukit and cooler....I do have a standard size refridgerator that I had completely gutted out and removed the wall that seperates the freezer and refridge part: I will toss in a heater, reptile thermostat, automatic waterer, a bucket you can attach it to that I made, ducking tape (not duck tape but aka: heat tape), bread trays, and whatever else I can find so that you can build your own huge incubator. You just need a truck and something to tie down...since it's been gutted- it's not very heavy to move. I have a total of 8 goslings that need sexed: 7 hatched on 5/14 and one on 6/10. PLEASE MESSAGE ME if you can help

My poor rooster has been in molt since spring. :/ he went from looking at my avatar to that. Lol. He's a lot worst looking from the front view but he is camera shy and completely bald in front. Glad what feathers he has can do a "comb over".

I had an old polish rooster do this the other summer. He was without a tail and no neck feathers. Can't help on whether or not they will come back in as I retired mine to free range due to he started walking in circles. One evening he never showed up to be put away for the night. How old is your boy, he's got some spurs there

looks great in your profile picture though

My rooster is 3 years old silver-grey dorking. He does have some long spurs but I think that is his 5th toe. A friend showed me how to cut down the spurs but it is harder for me to do than what it looks. My dorking hen is sitting on eggs. She is also about 3 years old so I hope for some babies but chances are- none will be pure. I'm not having any luck with the breed itself but my dorking roo with leghorns are great. They all white with five toes. They grow super fast. ***Thats the big one in back***
