Ok, FINALLY got a hold of a semi helpful person at animal control (because YES, the guineas were back this morning!), I was told:
!. take pics of damage to my birds and any proof of the guinea being on my land
(check - pics of guinea feathers and pics of poor big papa's tail feathers being broke, just need 1 pic of them by my coop)
2. go to Dobson animal shelter and fill out a nuisance report to start a file
(i am still a bit sick, so prolly over the weekend)
3. they will go talk to the owners.
4. I have every right to shoot to kill if I feel my livestock, kids, pets, or myself are being threatened. I cannot get in trouble for the death of anyone's animal on my land.
(makes me feel better hearing the say it)

I am loving those Hershey Orps!! OMGoodness, they are just yummy... I mean adorable!

here's an idea....catch them and go sell them at WCA? but if it was me we'd be having guinea stew!
 
I am addicted to Amazon or any internet shopping because it it so easy since I'm home with two under two and Hubs is always deployed. We get ALOT of packages through USPS and some have been opened. I asked the mail carrier and she says she can open anything. We aren't on great terms after I watched her throw a small package FedEx put in my mailbox on to the ground so she could put one envelope into the box. She's not the best at customer service and I think she gets aggitated that I she has to get out of her car to put a package on my porch. You should see some of the stuff she has stuffed in my box that should not have fit! I called and apparently they have the right to go through anything that seems abnormal.

I mailed some books once media mail, we had a po box at that office so I went to check the box after mailing the box of books. As I walk past the counter area I see her opening my box!! I was livid and ran in to ask her what she was doing, she state she felt there was more than media in the box and they have the right to open ANYTHING and inspect if the feel something is not right. Basically she was calling me a liar about what I mailed, boy did I prove her wrong as it was nothing but books.

I also found out the only thing they are not allowed to open is "First Class Mail". They do not have to tell you that they open your packages
