"Too many" is relative. When they become a chore rather than a pleasure, then you have too many. As long as they are fun, (and fed!) it's not possible to have too many. There. That's proper chicken math!![]()
Yeswhat she said, but I am wanting to know how to effectivly make more crosses, and know what I am going to get to! Sorry I was in the chicken yard and just walked in. Some of the best things about this time of year are food, falling leaves, and feathers every where to collect and wash.![]()
Is the gold commet the same as my RIR & RIW ???
As long as you live outside the city limits and not in a subdivision type area...I think you should be fine. I live in the country so you can do what you want.Hi there carolinians!
I was seriously considering moving to either carolina, and wanted some input! Ideally I would like to be around Asheville, and want to live in an area that is Ag zoned and no HOA with 8+ acres.
I was wondering if you guys had any advice for me or know of any chicken-loving areas in particular.
Beth has cut back some, just like she saidbut she still has more than me (I'm pretty sure anyways)![]()

) so not sure how many she has in all of them differant places!![]()
