<sigh> While today was a good day in ONE aspect, it was a horrid day in another. We had another guinea attack, they killed one of my Barred Rock Babies...they seem to be attacking all the females. Sadly, because this is a reoccurring event, DH has decided that this weekend we are either slaughtering or processing ALL the guineas!!

I don't want to, but we can't have them killing off our girls and our roosters don't stand a chance going up against the whole pack.

On a happier note: Well...those of you curious as to what we're having...the verdict is: poor DH...seems he will not be able to get away from all the estrogen running in the house!! LOL. We are expecting girl #3!! Now...at least we have a few months to pick a name, because we have NOTHING!! lol

(Thinking DH might be moving into the barn or the future garage just to get away from all the hormones!! LOL)

ok now mine is acting up

Good thing we're planning on having more in the future...so he will have a few more chances to get a boy...LOL, although I did tell him that we would ADOPT a boy if necessary. He is the end of his family's namesake/line. However, that being said, God knows exactly what we need and will bless us accordingly. Now the LONG process of choosing a name begins!! LOL

You all are wonderful!!

Just tell your hubby that it is possible to have a boy. I have a friend that is one of 6 girls, and finally the 7th child was the long awaited boy. Also, my hubby and I have 3 girls and 1 boy. I do however understand his "last of the line" thinking. My brother is the last of his "line" and he and his wife haven't been able to get pregnant. They adopted a baby boy a year ago, so he's not feeling the pressure anymore to "produce a son". BTW: Congratulations on finding out it's a girl! Good luck choosing a name, that was always the hardest part after finding out what we were going to have.
